The Bennett Jones Partnership was established in July 1990. This was in the depth of recession and hardly a good time for a professional practice, based on property, to start up. The practice has gone from strength to strength every year, having focused upon their objective as a small, local private practice rather than growth for growth sake.
Amongst our activities the primary ones concern sales of residential and commercial property, letting of commercial and residential property, a professional valuation service, general practice and building surveying. We act for purchasers and vendors, for landlords and tenants and we also act for local mortgage lenders.
In addition to sales and lettings, we undertake a range of valuation and survey work including residential and commercial building surveys.
