Valuations and Surveying Services

We undertake Building Surveys and Valuations on a wide variety of residential property ranging from a brand new house to a 17th Century Manor. We also offer the Homebuyers Survey and Valuation Report but only where the property is suitable (essentially that means modern buildings only).

We produce Building Reports and Valuations on commercial property ranging from a village post office stores to a factory complex. Other Building Surveying Services include acting for Landlords and Tenants in connection with dilapidation matters.

Building plans can be prepared. We are able to administer small building contracts for repair and alteration of buildings.

Professional valuations of residential and commercial properties are carried out by Michael Bennett, FRICS These valuations include those required for sale or purchase, tax purposes, matrimonial/family settlements, probate, insurance, estate planning, mortgage and development.

Commercial valuations of shops, offices and industrial premises are also provided for sale/acquisition, lettings, rent reviews, lease negotiations and investment purposes.
