Other agents had warned us that this was going to be a complicated sale, but Ryan and Richard weren't phased by the property's poor appearance or the strict sale conditions. From their initial valuation appointment right up to the final date of sale, their steady reassurances and hands-on approach meant that someone was always available to advise and help. We couldn't be happier with Bennett Jones, they were definitely the right choice for us. Everything was arranged digitally and this kept us fully up to date, making the whole process very easy. With their offices right in the High Street and all their local knowledge, they turned an experience we were dreading into a smooth operation, and a sale that we thought might take months to find a buyer, was achieved within two, without complications.

Would definitely recommend Bennett Jones, they are a fantastic team with great communication and commitment to their clients. Whenever I needed to contact them they were polite, professional and understanding. If I had a query they always replied !
